Pregnant moms are encouraged to eat in small portions but done often to prevent hunger, which will eventually make pregnant women eat large portions. Eat often in small portions will also reduce the desire to snack biscuits, chocolate, ice cream, and cakes that should be shunned.

2 liters per day

Consumption of water according to the recommendation of 2 liters per day is also a must for pregnant women, because pregnant women need more fluid intake.

For pregnant moms with excess body weight, water is the best choice compared to various bottled drinks which usually contain a lot of sugar. You are also advised to stay away from various sweet snacks, sugary drinks, and cakes that contain lots of sugar.

Light exercise gradually

For pregnant moms who have never exercised before, you should not have to start while you are pregnant. However, you can move more actively, for example by walking at least 30 minutes every day gradually. For example, starting with a walk for 10 minutes each afternoon, then slowly increase its duration. You can also divide it into two sessions, a 15-minute walk in the morning and another 15 minutes in the afternoon.

It is very important for pregnant women to maintain a healthy body condition and fit. So that during pregnancy, during the birth process, and during the process of growth and development of the baby later, you and your baby are always in a healthy condition
